Preheat the oven to 190 ° C. Remove the dark green part and the bottom of the leek. Cut the rest into pieces of approx. 5 cm. and cook for 5 minutes. Drain and scoop in the baking dish.

Grate the orange zest of the orange and squeeze out the fruit. Mix the juice with the garlic, vinegar and oil. Add salt to taste. Pour over the leeks. Fry the leeks in the middle of the oven for about 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with the orange zest. Serve hot or cold.
