Oven vegetables winter
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: celeriac, winter roots, shallots (peeled), olive oil and sea salt (coarse).

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Cut the celeriac into slices of about 1 1/2 cm thick and peel them. Cut the slices into cubes of 1 1/2 cm. Peel the roots and cut into cubes of about 1 1/2 cm. Cut the shallots lengthwise in four.

Mix the vegetables with the oil and salt in the roasting pan. Cover the roasting tray with aluminum foil and place it on the grid in the middle of the oven. Roast the vegetables for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and roast the vegetables for another 20 minutes until lightly browned and done. In the meantime, change them twice. Delicious with, among other things, a roulade, stewed beef cattle.
