Leek with surimi
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, surimisticks (fish, a 150 g), garlic, fresh ginger, sunflower oil, ketjap manis (Indonesian (bottle a 225 ml)), sambal oelek (jar a 100 g), leeks (a 500 g) and Chinese egg remedy (250 g).

Surimisticks cut into four in length.

Peel and cut garlic.

Ginger peel and cut.

Heat 1 tbsp oil and fry garlic and ginger for 1 min.

Turn off the fire.

ketjapmarinadeen add sambal and let it draw.

Clean the leek, remove coarse green.

Divide into 3 pieces and cut into long thin strips.

Chinese noodles according to directions on the package.

Heat in wok rest oil and stir in leek strips for 4 min.

Surimi, noodle, soy mixture and salt and pepper to taste.

Warm well.
