A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, surimisticks (fish, a 150 g), garlic, fresh ginger, sunflower oil, ketjap manis (Indonesian (bottle a 225 ml)), sambal oelek (jar a 100 g), leeks (a 500 g) and Chinese egg remedy (250 g).

Directions

  1. Surimisticks cut into four in length.
  2. Peel and cut garlic.
  3. Ginger peel and cut.
  4. Heat 1 tbsp oil and fry garlic and ginger for 1 min.
  5. Turn off the fire.
  6. ketjapmarinadeen add sambal and let it draw.

  8. Divide into 3 pieces and cut into long thin strips.
  9. Chinese noodles according to directions on the package.
