Heat 3 tablespoons of oil and fry the fish fingers 3-4 minutes per side. Keep them warm under aluminum foil.

Heat the rest of the oil in a stir-frying stir-fry, the charcoal strips with curry powder for 8-10 minutes.

Add lemon juice, salt and pepper. Serve the fish fingers on the coals and sprinkle with the parsley.
