Directions

  1. Chop half of the nuts coarsely. For the dressing, mix the raspberry vinegar with pepper, salt, mustard and sugar or honey.
  2. Pour the oil while stirring for a dash. Put the chopped nuts through.
  3. Mix half of the dressing with the lettuce. Divide the lettuce with the pepper strips and the corn over the plates.
  4. Put the slices of ham on top and pour the rest of the dressing over them.
  5. Garnish the salad with the whole nuts and finely chopped chives.
