Lemon sorbet with nectarines
A tasty recipe. The dessert contains the following ingredients: nectarines, basil ((a 15 g), only the leaves), liquid honey, lemon sorbet (500 ml) and white grape juice (pack 1 liter).

Cut the nectarines crosswise at the bottom.

Immerse them for 20 sec.

in boiling water.

Scare in a bowl of ice cold water.

Then peel the skin off and halve the fruit.

Remove the kernel and cut the flesh into small pieces.

Keep 4 small leaves of the basil apart.

Cut the rest into strips.

Spoon the nectarine and the basil with the honey in a bowl.

Divide the nectarine mixture over 4 large, wide glasses.

Spoon 1 scoop of lemon sorbet into each glass.

Divide the grape juice over the glasses and garnish with the leaves of basil.

Serve with a spoon..
