Lemon sorbet with nectarines


A tasty recipe. The dessert contains the following ingredients: nectarines, basil ((a 15 g), only the leaves), liquid honey, lemon sorbet (500 ml) and white grape juice (pack 1 liter).

Directions

  1. Cut the nectarines crosswise at the bottom.
  2. Immerse them for 20 sec.
  3. in boiling water.
  4. Scare in a bowl of ice cold water.
  5. Then peel the skin off and halve the fruit.
  6. Remove the kernel and cut the flesh into small pieces.
  7. Keep 4 small leaves of the basil apart.
  8. Cut the rest into strips.
  9. Spoon the nectarine and the basil with the honey in a bowl.
  10. Divide the nectarine mixture over 4 large, wide glasses.
  11. Spoon 1 scoop of lemon sorbet into each glass.
  12. Divide the grape juice over the glasses and garnish with the leaves of basil.
  13. Serve with a spoon..
