Directions

  1. Put the lentils, bay leaves and the water in a pan. Bring to the boil and cook the lentils in 20 min. Until done.
  2. Pour into a sieve and remove the bay leaves. Put the lentils in a bowl and spoon with the mustard.
  3. Remove the skin from the sausages and cut the sausage meat into pieces.
  4. Halve the tomatoes.
  5. Fry the sausage meat in a frying pan with non-stick coating without oil or butter in 8 min. Golden brown and done. Bake the tomatoes for the last 3 minutes.
  6. Drain the onions, halve them and add to the lentils. Mix in the sausage meat and the tomatoes.
  7. Yummy! .
