Directions

  1. Take the inner stems of the celery and peel them with a peeler. Rinse and dry well and cut into thin slices.
  2. Shake celery and cucumber with the fruit in a bowl and pick the mint leaves above it.
  3. Beat a dressing of the lime, mustard, honey and oil and season with salt and freshly ground pepper. Mix the dressing with the salad.
