Cut the tomatoes in four and scoop out the seeds. Cut the salmon into pieces.

Finely chop the herbs. Cut the flesh into thin strips.

In a bowl, mix the lemon juice with the grater, olive oil, some salt and freshly ground black pepper. Put the tomato, salmon and herbs through.

Let the salad stand for 30 minutes so that the taste can develop.

Cut the butts of the lettuce heads and detach the leaves.

Fill nice salad leaves (3 p.p.) with the salmon salad and place the stuffed lettuce leaves on a plate next to each other.
