A tasty recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: poultry, chicken fillet (about 200 g), salt and pepper, spring onions, sesame oil, sugar snaps, liquid herb broth (squeeze bottle, a 210 ml), roasted sesame seeds (bag of 250 g) and iceberg lettuce.

Directions

  1. Cut the chicken fillet into strips and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  2. Clean the forest onions and cut into pieces of approx.
  3. 2 cm.
  4. Clean and wash sugar snaps.
  5. Heat in wok oil.
  6. Chicken fillet stir-fry for about 2 minutes.
  7. Add sugar snaps and stir-fry for about 3 minutes.
  8. Last minute bunching of the spring onion.
  9. Season with liquid broth.
  10. Place lettuce leaves in 4 bowls or wide glasses.
  11. Fill lettuce leaves with chicken-vegetable mixture.
  12. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  13. Tasty with toasted bread..
