Tagliatelle with zucchini, tomato and mozzarella
Cross the beef tomatoes, put them in hot water, peel them and cut into cubes. Cook the tagliatelle according to the instructions on the packaging.
Heat the olive oil in a wok or skillet. Stir fry the courgettes in 4 minutes.
Add the tomatoes and garlic and fry them. Drain the tagliatelle and drain well.
Spoon the onions, mozzarella, pesto and tagliatelle through the courgettes and tomatoes.
Tasty with a green salad.
