Fish soup with fruits de mer
A tasty recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: fish, peeled tomatoes (400 g), fish stock (380 ml), semi-sun dried tomatoes (jar 320 ml), fruits de mer (fish, 150 g) and crème fraîche.

Bring the peeled tomatoes to the boil with the fish fondue and 8 semi-sundried to boil.

Turn the heat down and heat for 5 minutes on low heat.

Remove the pan from the heat and puree the soup with the hand blender.

Add the fruits de mer and pepper and salt to taste and heat the soup for another 1 min.
