Pork tenderloin with balsamic onions
A tasty recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: meat, olive oil, butter, red onions (in parts), garlic (in slices), dried sage, pork tenderloin (a 250 g) and balsamic vinegar (matured on wood (250 ml bottle)).

Heat the oil and butter in a frying pan and fry the onion on low heat 8 min. Add the garlic and sage and cook for 3 min. Take the onion with a slotted spoon from the pan. Sprinkle the pork tenderloin with salt and pepper and fry it in the same pan over high heat around golden brown. Turn down the heat and fry the meat for about 15 minutes. Turn occasionally.

Spoon the onion back into the pan the last minute and quench with the balsamic vinegar.
