Oriental radish cocktail
A tasty recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: fish, bunch of radish (about 175 g), Japanese rice vinegar, dry sherry, soy sauce, sugar, salt, salmon pieces (100 g), grated horseradish, Dijon mustard, mayonnaise and dainkon or cress (20 g ).
- 1 bunch of radish approx. 175 g
- 1,5 tablespoon Japanese rice vinegar
- 3 tablespoons dry sherry
- 3 teaspoons soy sauce
- Teaspoon sugar
- 1 tray salmon chips 100 g
- 1 teaspoon grated horseradish
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tray dainkon or cress 20 g
Wash radish, clean and pat dry with kitchen paper.
Cut radishes into thin slices.
Vinegar, 2 tablespoons of sherry and 1 teaspoon of soy sauce to stir into dressing.
Season with sugar and salt.
Dressing by scooping radish and letting it stand in for approx.
Cut salmon pieces with the rest of soy sauce.
Fry horseradish, mustard, mayonnaise and 1 tablespoon of sherry in a bowl.
Cut daikonkers or garden cresses and distribute them over four cocktail glasses.
Spread the radish over it, withhold about 1 tablespoon.
Place shreds on top and distribute mayonnaise.
Garnish with trapped radish..
