Directions

  1. Bring the milk to the boil with 3/4 of the salmon.
  2. Mash the milk with salmon together with the cucumber and tomato cubes and half of the spring / spring onions.
  3. Pour in the yogurt and the stock and mix well.
  4. Add salt and pepper to taste .
  5. Put the soup for at least 30 minutes and preferably longer in the refrigerator to cool well.
  6. Serve the soup with the rest of the salmon strips and sprinkle the spring / forest onion over it.
