Miniquiches with shiitake
A tasty French recipe. The vegetarian starter contains the following ingredients: puff pastry (frozen), shiitake (100 g mushrooms), garlic, olive oil, fresh chives (25 g), pine nuts (à 50 g), salt and freshly ground pepper, eggs, whipped cream (125 ml) and butter to grease.

Sprinkle dough in approx. 5 minutes. Shii-take wipe clean and cut into slices. Garlic peel and finely chop. Heat oil in a frying pan, shiitake and garlic for about 2 minutes. Take a pan of fire. Cut the chives above fine, add pine nuts. Mush the mushroom mixture with salt and pepper. In the bowl, beat eggs with whipped cream, salt and pepper.

Preheat the oven to 200 ºC. (In microwave) melt butter. Grease six molds thinly and cover each with slice of dough. Cut off overhanging dough along edge. Mushroom mixture over molds. Eat mixture carefully over filling into molds, until just below the edge. Cook miniquiches for about 30 minutes in the middle of oven until golden brown. Remove the quiches from the oven and serve hot.
