Yellow gazpacho
A tasty Spanish recipe. The vegetarian starter contains the following ingredients: fennel bulb, yellow pepper, corn (150 g, drained), winter carrot and carrot juice (bottle 750 ml).

Cut the underside of the fennel bulb and cut the fennel into pieces.

Remove the seeds from the peppers and cut the flesh into pieces.

Put the fennel, pepper, corn, winter carrot and salt in a blender or high beaker.

Pour in the carrot juice.

Grind in the blender or with a hand mixer to an even soup.

Put in the fridge for at least 30 minutes and serve cold..
