Lobster with lime mayonnaise
A tasty recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: fish, lobster (fresh from the fridge or freezer), mayonnaise, crème fraîche (125 ml), lime juice (bottle), freshly ground black pepper and chives.

Freshly halve lobster or thawed lobster with large knife from head to tail.

In a bowl mix mayonnaise with crème fraiche, 4-6 tablespoons lime juice and pepper.

Place halves of each lobster on a large plate, create lime mayonnaise on it.

Garnish with sprits of chives.
