Mustard soup with asparagus and ham
A tasty Dutch recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: meat, fresh mustard soup (900 ml), green asparagus tips, ham (in strips), sour cream (a 125 ml) and cress.

Steam mustard soup according to the instructions on the packaging.

Cut off asparagus tops and cut asparagus in half.

Cook in a saucepan with plenty of boiling water and salt asparagus tips in 4 minutes.

Pour asparagus and mix with ham in soup.

Distribute soup over plates and create sour cream in the middle of the spoon.

Garnish with tufts of cress..
