Lemon broth with stuffed pasta
A tasty Italian recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: poultry, chicken broth (from tablet), dried sage, lemon juice, perline (fresh stuffed pasta with raw ham, 250 g) and fresh spinach (bag 300 g).

Bring the chicken stock with the sage and the lemon juice to the boil.

Add the pasta and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Now put some spinach leaves together, roll them together tightly and cut them with a sharp knife into thin strips.

Cut the rest of the leaves in the same way.

Divide the spinach dips over 4 plates and pour the stock..
