Lukewarm bean salad with pineapple


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, thin bacon strips (250 g), onion, tomatoes, red pepper, kidney beans (a 400 g), pineapple pieces in syrup (567 g), olive oil and mixed lettuce (200 g).

Directions

  1. Fry bacon strips gently in a dry frying pan.
  2. Peel and finely chop onions.
  3. Clean tomatoes and peppers and cut into pieces.
  4. Remove bacon from pan and drain on kitchen paper.

  6. Add tomato and paprika and fry for 1 min.
  7. Pour beans and pineapple (store 2 tbsp pineapple juice).
