Lukewarm salad with smoked herring
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, Parisian carrots (300 g), butter, potato slices (natural (450 g)), leeks (washed and in rings), cherry tomatoes (250 g), smoked herring fillet (kippers in oil and own wet (a 190 g), drained), salad dressing chives (270 ml) and parsley (30 g).

Boil the carrots in a large pan with water and salt in 8 minutes until al dente. In the meantime, heat the butter in a frying pan and fry the potatoes for 8-10 minutes and season with salt and pepper. Add the leek and cook for another 6 minutes. Add the tomatoes and let yourself be warmed in a stirring way.

Drain the carrots and add to the potatoes. Clean the herring and cut it fine. Put the potato-vegetable mixture in a large bowl and mix in the herring. Pour the dressing over it. Add salt and pepper and cut the parsley above it. Divide the salad over 4 plates and serve immediately.
