Luxury salmon sandwiches
White bread triangles with salmon and fish paté salmon, olives, lettuce and tomatoes for high tea.
Cut the crusts off the bread and toast the slices light brown.
Spread the slices with the mayonnaise.
Cover some of the slices with salmon slices.
Put the remaining smeared rolls on it.
Spread the bread stack with the rest of the mayonnaise and top with some lamb's lettuce. Cover with slices of bread.
Spread the bread pancakes with the fish pâté and cover with the last slices of bread.
Cut loafs 2 times diagonally in half so that there are 4 triangles per bread stack.
Pierce an olive, tomato and triangle of bread in succession.
Spread the rest of the lamb's lettuce over the plates and drizzle with the dressing. Place 2 pricks on each plate.
