Macaroni with parma ham and mushrooms
In a pan, bring plenty of water with salt to the boil and cook the macaroni al dente.
Fry the onion in the oil for about 4 minutes.
Add the garlic and mushrooms and stir fry for a few minutes at high setting.
Lower the temperature and fry the ham and parsley for a few minutes. Put the drained macaroni through it, sprinkle with pepper and serve immediately with the cheese.
