Macaroon pudding with espresso syrup
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: amaretto liqueur (liquorice), macaroons (in small pieces), pudding with creamy taste, cold milk, espresso coffee (1.8 g) and brown caster sugar.

Heat Amaretto in a saucepan, remove from heat and soak bits of macaroon in liqueur.

Meanwhile, stir in contents of packet of cream pudding with 1/2 dl of milk.

Bring the rest of the milk to the boil.

Remove the milk from the heat, stir in the pudding mixture and pudding gently on the stove for about 2 minutes while stirring.

Bite pieces of macaroon with warm pudding.

Rinse the pudding mold with cold water, pour the pudding into shape and let it cool.

Let the pudding stiffen in refrigerator for about 1 hour.

Just before serving in a cup of espresso coffee and brown sugar in 50 ml of boiling water.

Pudding on a flat dish and pour espresso syrup around it..
