Preheat the oven grill to the highest setting. Brush the slices of baguette around with olive oil and fry them crispy under the grill.

Meanwhile, combine the mackerel, crème fraîche and chives and season with salt and pepper.

Spoon some of the mackerel salad on the crostini and put some sweet and sour radishes on it. Serve the mackerel crostini on a large scale.
