Directions

  1. Peel the kiwis and divide them into 4 slices each.
  2. Then cut in half so that you get half slices.
  3. Cut the goat cheese into slices.
  4. Stick slices of kiwi with a slice of goat's cheese to prokers and put the prokers on a plate.
  5. Mix the honey, coarse mustard, sour cream and (white) balsamic vinegar with a little salt and pepper.
  6. Drizzle the kiwi shakers with this dressing and serve immediately.
