Directions

  1. Mix the mince with the egg, breadcrumbs, the cayenne pepper, garlic, rosemary needles and a pinch of salt. Turn small balls out of it.
  2. Heat a little oil and fry the balls around brown in about 5 minutes.
  3. Heat the sieved tomatoes with the sambal and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Divide the tomato sauce over a plate and put the meatballs on it.
  5. Cut some sprigs of rosemary into pieces of about 2 cm and stick the rosemary as a fuse in the meatballs.
