Mandarin pudding
A tasty recipe. The dessert contains the following ingredients: gelatin, mandarins, cinnamon and sugar.

Soak the gelatin in cold water for 5 minutes.

Peel 4 tangerines, remove the wedges and cut the fleece with a sharp knife (collect the juice).

Press out 8 mandarins.

In a pan (not made of aluminum), bring the mandarin juice with cinnamon to the boil and dissolve the sugar while stirring.

Remove the pan from the heat and dissolve the squeezed gelatine leaves in the hot juice.

Place the pan in a container with cold water and let the juice cool down until it becomes gelatinous.

Stir in the mandarin slices and scoop the jelly into the oiled pudding molds.

Allow the puddles to set in the refrigerator in 1-2 hours.

Dip each mold a few seconds in hot water, put a sign upside down and turn them over..
