Mango and passion fruit mousse
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: mango, passion fruit, vanilla ice cream and orange liqueur (liquorice).

Mango thinly peel and cut off flesh of kernel.

Collect juice.

Cut mango into cubes.

Cut the passion fruit halfway and flesh out flesh over mango.

Mix mango with juice, passion fruit, ice cream and liqueur into smooth mousse in a mixing bowl or with a hand blender.

Spread over 6 low (water) glasses and serve immediately..
