Directions

  1. Put the frozen mango pieces in a high cup.
  2. Peel and cut the bananas into pieces and add.
  3. Add the creamy coconut.
  4. Add the ginger syrup.
  5. Add half of the leaves of the fresh mint. Puree with the hand blender, pour into the glasses and garnish with the rest of the coin.
