Directions

  1. Beat a batter of flour, coconut, sugar and water. The batter must be thick but fluid. Add water if the batter is too thick.
  2. Set aside the batter and let it rest for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, peel 3 mango's and cut the flesh into strips.
  3. Heat frying oil to 180 degrees Celsius. Dip the mango into the batter and let the '' fries '' slip into the hot oil.
  4. Do not bake too much at the same time and prevent them from sticking together. Bake golden brown in 4 to 6 minutes.
  5. In the meantime, make the marshmallow sauce in a pan by stirring the marshmallows through the milk. Do not let it boil! .
  6. Serve French fries and sauce at the same time! .
