Beat the whipped cream without sugar. Crumble the foam beads or meringue coarsely.

Stir in the custard filling and spread half over the jars. Divide half of the cream and add half of the meringue.

Scoop the rest of the cherry filling on top, cover with another layer of whipped cream and finish with a layer of meringue.

Sprinkle with the pastry decoration. Tie a ribbon around the jar and serve immediately.
