Mango cream with lime
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: lime, sugar, mango, whipped cream and white custard (or vanilla custard).

Lime broom and remove with lemon rind in thin strips.

Lime squeezing.

Put lime zest with 1 tbsp lime juice and sugar.

Leave a few for the garnish.

Peel mango, remove the kernel and cut off the flesh with a sharp knife.

In the food processor mango with 1 tbsp lime juice puree.

Beat whipped cream.

Stir in white custard by mango puree.

Whip cream through it.

Distribute Mangoroom over four high sections.

Garnish with lime peels..
