Clean the lime and cut half of it into thin slices. Cut the slices into the middle. Squeeze out the other half of the lime.

Peel the mango with a peeler and cut the flesh into slices of the kernel. Cut the slices into pieces and put them in the blender.

Add the grated carrot and the peeled cucumber into pieces and add the lime juice and the double drink mango-orange.

Close the blender with the lid and mix all ingredients at the highest setting in 1-2 minutes until a frothy smoothie.

Pour the smoothie into large glasses and place a slice of lime on the rim.
