Directions

  1. Put the mango cubes together with the buttermilk, coconut yogurt or drink, ginger, lime juice and ice cubes in a blender.
  2. Mix for a few minutes at high setting until a smooth, light yellow drink. Pour into 4 glasses and serve with a straw.
