Directions
-
Grate the green skin roughly from the lime and squeeze out the fruit. Stir the butter gently in a bowl and stir in the honey, cardamom and lime zest.
-
Peel the mangoes, cut the flesh into slices of the kernel and halve them. Drop some lime juice.
-
Peel the kiwi fruit and cut into very small pieces. Mix the pieces of kiwi in a small bowl with the sugar, to taste lime juice and chili pepper. Keep everything in the refrigerator until use.
-
Preheat the oven to 175 ° C. Spread 4 pieces of baking paper of 40 x 40 cm on the work surface. Spread the slices of mango over the baking paper. Divide the honey butter over the mango.
-
Fold the baking paper double and roll the edges of the packages upwards. Place the packages on the baking sheet. Put the baking sheet in the middle of the oven and let the mango warm up in the middle of the oven in about 10 minutes. Put the packages each on a plate and serve the salsa separately. Delicious with a scoop of lemon sorbet.
