Directions

  1. Well the apricots in water for several hours. Let them drain.
  2. Cut the crusts from the bread.
  3. In a bowl, beat the milk, the egg and the sugar together.
  4. Cut the peeled apple and pear into eight parts. Remove the clock houses.
  5. Puree the apricots with the apple juice using an electric food processor.
  6. Put the puree in a bowl.
  7. Heat 20 grams of butter in a wide frying pan.
  8. Bake the apple and pear slices quickly brown on both sides.
  9. Remove them from the pan in a bowl.
  10. Heat the rest of the butter in the frying pan.
  11. Immerse the slices of bread in the egg-milk mixture and fry them lightly brown on both sides.
  12. Divide these French toast over the plates.
  13. Divide the apple and pear slices over the French toast and add apricot puree on top.
