Hot banana with chocolate
Winter dessert of hot banana, chocolate, cinnamon and whipped cream.
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
Cut the bananas first in width and then in half lengthwise. Fold large sheets of aluminum foil double, place 2 pieces of banana in the middle of each sheet and sprinkle with sprinkles and cinnamon.
Fold the foil packs tightly and put them in the hot oven for 15-20 minutes. Beat the whipped cream with the sugar. Remove the packages from the oven, open them and carefully spoon the banana into bowls.
Divide the remaining chocolate and any cooking liquid over it. Serve with the whipped cream and sprinkle with some extra cinnamon.
