Mango banana ice cream


A tasty recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: banana, coconut milk (200 ml), sugar, mango (peeled and pit removed) and lime (squeezed).

Directions

  1. Puree the banana with the coconut milk and 1 tbsp sugar in the blender or with the hand blender.
  2. Spoon a portion of the banana-coconut mixture into each ice cream maker.
  3. Cut the mango into pieces.
  4. Add the mango, the lime juice and the rest of the sugar to the remaining banana-coconut mixture and puree until smooth.
  5. Carefully pour into the ice creams on the banana-coconut mixture.
  6. Put in the freezer and let it freeze in about 5 hours..
