Pavlova with honey yogurt and strawberries

Preheat the oven to 100ºC.

Fill the piping bag with the meringue mixture. First spray the outer edge of the foam cake (pavlova) on the baking tray with 12 cm Ø and then fill the middle with meringue mixture.

Spray meringue again over the outer edge so that it becomes higher. Make 4 pavlova's with space.

Bake in the oven for about 1 hour. Let them cool down (if the bottom is still soft in the switched off oven).

Mix the yogurt with the honey.

Lay 4 strawberries with crowns separately.

Divide the yogurt over the pavlovas. Place the strawberries with gingerbread on them.

Grind a little (black) pepper and garnish with the whole strawberries.
