A tasty recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: Malaga ice cream (1 liter), white chocolate (100 g), pure chocolate (100 g), whipped cream (125 ml) and instant coffee (caramel or mocca).

Directions

  1. (Take ice for approx. 30 minutes in advance from deep-freeze and let it soften.) Cut white chocolate into small pieces and mix with ice. Ice freeze again.
  2. Breaking pure or bitter chocolate into pieces. In a pan with a thick base on low heat, melt chocolate with whipped cream, stirring frequently. Powdered coffee powder. Divide ice into four sections or dishes. Gently pour warm chocolate sauce over it and serve the remainder in sauce bowl separately.
