Directions

  1. Divide 1/3 of the macaroons over the slices and drizzle with 1/3 of the liqueur.
  2. Peel the mangoes. Puree the pulp of 2 mangos. Cut the remaining mango into cubes or slices to garnish.
  3. Mix the mascarpone with the curd cheese and vanilla sugar. Spoon a layer of mango puree with a layer of mascarpone curd on the macaroons. Repeat this 3 times.
  4. Roast the almond shavings in a dry, hot frying pan. Garnish the slices with the mango cubes and sprinkle with the almond shavings.
