Drain cherries in sieve and collect juice. Bring cherry juice with port and cinnamon stick to the boil in the saucepan. Keep sauce to boil for about 15 minutes. Remove cinnamon stick onion sauce and add cherries.

Sprinkle all-over binding over it and let sauce bind with stirring. Put small pancakes to scale and heat in the microwave according to directions on packaging. Divide small pancakes over four plates, spoon cherry sauce over them and put bread roll ice cream in the middle.
