Raspberry parfait
A tasty French recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: eggs (split (protein is not used)), sugar, whipped cream (stiffly beaten), raspberries (frozen), frozen), vanilla pod, strawberries ((250 g), in coarse pieces) and vodka (liquor).

Bring a pot of water to the boil.

Hang above a metal bowl or pan that just does not touch the boiling water.

Beat the egg yolks with the sugar until the mixture solidifies.

Let it cool down.

Combine the whipped cream and the egg yolk mixture.

Fold the raspberries through.

Spoon the raspberry parfait into the cake tin.

Leave overnight in the freezer.

Cut the vanilla pod with a sharp knife in half.

Remove the vanilla seeds with the tip of a knife, scoop them with the strawberries and the vodka and marinate them overnight.

Serve the raspberry parfait in slices with the marinated strawberries..
