Directions

  1. Bring the sugar with 100 ml water while stirring until the sugar is dissolved. Allow to cool.
  2. Mix this sugar syrup with the mashed mangos through the yogurt and scoop in the ice cream cups. Vries in.
  3. Carefully pull the frozen ice-creams out of the molds and press half of the ice cream into a small bowl with sprinkles.
