Directions

  1. Halve the watermelon and cut a 4 cm thick slice of both halves. Cut each slice into 10 points. Cut each point on the peel side with a pointed knife and insert an ice cube stick into the flesh. Let the lollipops drain on a layer of kitchen paper.
  2. Cut a cap of 1 remaining half watermelon and put the melon with the broad flesh side up on a plate.
  3. Break the chocolate over a bowl into cubes. Hang the bowl in a pan with a low boiling water and let the chocolate melt with stirring. Sprinkle the disco decoration in a small bowl.
  4. Remove the bowl of chocolate from the pan and place it on the work surface. Put the lollipops 4-5 m in the chocolate one by one and then only the chocolate tip in the disco decoration.
  5. Put the lollipop sticks upright in the watermelon piece and allow the chocolate to set.
