Directions
-
Halve the watermelon and cut a 4 cm thick slice of both halves. Cut each slice into 10 points. Cut each point on the peel side with a pointed knife and insert an ice cube stick into the flesh. Let the lollipops drain on a layer of kitchen paper.
-
Cut a cap of 1 remaining half watermelon and put the melon with the broad flesh side up on a plate.
-
Break the chocolate over a bowl into cubes. Hang the bowl in a pan with a low boiling water and let the chocolate melt with stirring. Sprinkle the disco decoration in a small bowl.
-
Remove the bowl of chocolate from the pan and place it on the work surface. Put the lollipops 4-5 m in the chocolate one by one and then only the chocolate tip in the disco decoration.
-
Put the lollipop sticks upright in the watermelon piece and allow the chocolate to set.
