Preheat the oven to 100 ° C.

Halve the lemon. Degrease with 1 half a bowl and the whisks of a (standing) mixer.

Split the eggs. There should not be any trace of the yolks in the protein. The yolks are not used.

Mix the egg white with the mixer until it has doubled in volume and weak peaks occur. Add the sugar spoon for spoon.

Add the cornstarch. Keep mixing until the protein shines and forms peaks.

Line a baking sheet with baking paper. Put the protein in a piping bag.

Hold the piping bag perpendicularly above the baking sheet and spray a heap of protein. They must be about 5 cm high and almost 4 cm in diameter.

Fry the ghosts / cookies in the middle of the oven for about 2 hours. Turn off the oven and allow the ghosts to cool for about 1 hour in the oven.

Use the pen to give your ghosts eyes and other details. Yummy! .
