Mango peel, remove kernel and mash pulp in food processor or with hand blender.

Slightly cream the whipped cream with whipped cream stiffener.

Lime well clean and peel off grating.

Lime squeezing.

Season the lime zest, juice and sweetener through mango puree.

Mix the fruit mixture with cream.
