Ingredients
Directions
-
Preheat the oven to 180 ºC.
-
Put the butter and sugar in a large bowl and beat with a mixer 3 min. Mix 1 for 1 the eggs through. Grate the yellow skin of the lemons and press the fruits.
-
Stir in the grater and juice, crème fraiche and baking powder through the batter. Sift the semolina and the flour above it and fold it lightly.
-
Line the baking dish with baking paper and grease.
-
Divide the batter over the baking dish. Stir the jam in a bowl with hot water and distribute it over the batter. Make a marble pattern by pulling the back of a teaspoon through the jam and the batter.
-
After 35 minutes, check for doneness by inserting a skewer. If this comes out clean, the cake is done. Allow to cool completely in 2 hours. Cut into pieces and serve.
